Suboptimal experience and result. If you're not a priority project, expect the timeline to push out several month with zero communication. Lots of issues with the quality (multiple colors of grout, covering up air vents with sub-flooring and tile, my driveway gate was smashed and never repaired, there’s a long list). The project was left incomplete but still paid full-price. Steer clear.
