Horrible service! Didn’t want to use him in the first place. He wasn’t our choice with our home addition with all the bad reviews. It’s only been since 2021 and we’ve already had problems. The first was the air unit and all he needed was a TXV valve (something like that) but he would never come back to fix it, instead he kept adding Freon…like who gave him his license!!!! He showed up much quicker than I thought would be possible. I did call around to get estimates. I appreciated his professionalism. I will call him first in the future.
