I’m in the market for a new car (I drive an Chevy) and I had the courtesy of dealing with Josh. He seemed knowledgeable, wasn’t pushing for all the bells and whistles, (although I do see what my car is lacking now after some demos) and he was very pleasant to talk to. I didn’t walk away with a vehicle as I like to look around but he has convinced me to not be as bare bones on my next vehicle. Might even upgrade to a roomier vehicle after this experience. Had the pleasure of dealing with Josh! He had exceptional customer service skills, was really friendly, patient, and not pushy at all. He answered all of my questions and made the process feel comfortable. In the end I didn’t end up purchasing, but I appreciated how professional he was and would definitely recommend checking him out if you’re in the market for a vehicle.
