Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!! Shady, shady, shady!!! I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Willy's on August 7/25 with the agreement that they (Derrick Dodge) would order a black hardtop for the Jeep because it only had the soft top. Shivam and Neil have given me the the absolute best and needed service. I have been around the block trying to save here and there. And I usually hate dealerships. Not this one. Iv been here about 5 times now.
I recently brought my dodge ram in to get an oil change and service my breaking system .I went in on a sat they told me it would take awhile so I made an appointment for Monday at 67 30 am got there they told me mechanic wasn't in until 8 then they finally serviced my braking system but didn't do my oil change that needed to be done for my warranty then I dropped off my jeep patriot for front end work that needed to be done they did inspection told me it would be 1,144.00 so I told them to go ahead with the work went to pick... read more
