Absolute garbage to deal with. Following up on the grill that took 2 yrs to be installed from them… no calls back and then ordering the wrong one ect. the job still not done properly. Neil the service manager is very difficult and untrustworthy. The front end grill was to be replaced to new on my truck. They put a grill on after 2 yrs but still managed to screw me over with not putting on a new emblem leaving the front end looking like trash. I will never buy another vehicle from Derrick Dodge. Very shady business practices. I bought extended warranty packages adding up to $8,500 and they have honoured it at all. They promised me 25 year oil changes with the amount I paid for the package. Somehow in their system it showed 5 oil changes total. When the ball joint let go I went in for repairs and they said I don’t have any extended warranty and would have to pay. I said I paid $8,500. They told me I would need to prove it.
