Derrick Construction has been an absolute headache to deal with. From shoddy workmanship across multiple trades to sending suspected drug users (their words) to our home to do repairs after we've moved in; our list of complaints is endless. We had a $700,000 built by Derrick Construction 9 years ago. After promising a lot for a walkout basement, we have had our landscaping completely washed away, our sidewalks drop several inches and several retaining walls collapse. Inside we now have water damage in our closet, paint peeling from several windows, inside and out, plus faulty plumbing. My rating, 0 stars
