If you want a well-built home from an honest builder, Ron Derrick and team should be your first choice. You may see flashier (outwardly from the street) homes from other builders, but look closely and you will see the difference in quality between a Derrick home and others down to little details like the trim around windows and lights other panes extend all the way around the house, vs. only being on the street side. We built our Woodbury home with Derrick back in 1999 and recently contracted them again to update/refresh our kitchen, great room, and primary bath. The process was mostly smooth with a few delays/design adjustments (which are to be expected with any home project) that were handled as efficiently as possible.
