A great Doc. I've been treated by him twice and both times he's been very knowledgeable and helpful.
I “saw” Dr Bowling on a telemedicine appointment and he was fantastic. He was helpful, personable and professional.
I went in for some lab work and it was an amazing experience and place. Super clean, Super clean office, the staff in the front are really nice. Steve and Giovanna are really pleasant to speak to and very informative. Mr. Litz, very professional and makes you super comfortable when talking to you and drawling blood. Listens to you attentively answers all your questions. The atmosphere since you walk in until you walk out is welcoming and will definitely tell my loved one’s know about Dr. Bowling and his team!
This place is a joke. Dr. Bowling is nice and seems to work with his patient, but if you have to get anything scheduled like an MRI or get results, you will not be given great customer service. Travis will blame you for not calling him, instead of them at least calling to give you results , next steps , and facilitating next steps. Seems Travis is a bit lazy and will have you do his work for him. In my opinion, stay away. Dr. Bowling should think about getting better support staff that have a better bed side manner.
