If I could pick zero stars I would. We called Darryl’s to find out if they had any grommets for an early 1900’s foot pedal for my wife’s Singer Model 15 sewing machine that I was going to be reworking the electrical on. The lady was friendly on the phone and asked us to bring the foot petal into the store and they were sure it was in the back. The kindest people. Always so helpful. I recently had a “small” accident with my machine. They were so gracious to help me and had my machine back to me almost the moment after they received the parts I had to have. They will always be my go to store! The employees all seem to get along and everyone seems to like their job. Thank you all for everything!
Derrel's is the best! The store is clean, beautiful, and well-stocked; the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was in a last-minute bind and about to have a total breakdown when they went above and beyond to save the day! Thank you Derrel's staff!
