Can't say enough how happy I am with the service here. My machine runs perfectly again and I just purchased a new JUKI. Beverly was so helpful and answered all my questions. This was a return visit to purchase after going in several times to determine what machine I really needed and wanted for my purchase. I would recommend this store highly.
They provide excellent service. I purchased a baby lock aerial in November. The owner Susan spent over an hour with me showing me the special features on the machine. I took it home and finished several projects. I came back in December for an issue that was unforeseen and the service professional was able to get it in right away. I had the machine back in 3 hours. I couldn’t be more thankful to the staff who helped. All I can say is buy quality and buy local you will not regret it. Fabulous place!

I wanted to look at sewing machines but I'm not ready to purchase one yet. Susan greeted my husband and me as soon as we walked in. I explained that I had no knowledge of machines and had no idea what I wanted yet. She took her time to show us several different types of sewing machines and explained the pros and cons of each one.
