Please do not take your loved ones to this office. My family member has been referred to see a neurologist time and time again just to be completely shut down. I’ve never heard of a provider who only focuses on one complaint rather than a patient’s needs. Nor have I experienced a provider questioning why a patient would like to use an interpreter for their visit. All the 1 star reviews are extremely accurate. Worst experience. Genuinely confused why this Dr thinks she is a neurologist. Cold, incompetent, rude, and completely unqualified. Horrendous office. Absolutely filthy i wouldn't want recommend this office or Dr to my worst enemy. Someone needs to look into this. This is not ok.
Dr Reid is one of the nicest doctors I've ever met! She is so personable, professional and thorough. She took her time examining me and asked great questions. She's fantastic. Anybody looking for a good neurologist should make an appointment with her.
My dad is a patient of Dr.Reid. I accompanied my dad to his appointment last week and she is the best really nice spent time with him answering all of his questions he had and whatever questions regarding his condition.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the most reckless and dangerous Neurologists I’ve experienced. She misdiagnosed, prescribed medication with adverse effects by not looking at my current medication list. Even got the dosage wrong. She didn’t know what was wrong with me with the adverse effects after two visits. I had to be the one to check Medication‘s. Forget about bedside manner, she is obnoxious.
