My dad is a patient of Dr.Reid. I accompanied my dad to his appointment last week and she is the best really nice spent time with him answering all of his questions he had and whatever questions regarding his condition.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the most reckless and dangerous Neurologists I’ve experienced. She misdiagnosed, prescribed medication with adverse effects by not looking at my current medication list. Even got the dosage wrong. She didn’t know what was wrong with me with the adverse effects after two visits. I had to be the one to check Medication‘s. Forget about bedside manner, she is obnoxious. POST UPDATED***** Dr Reid is truly the best neurologist. She is thorough, listens to me & I’ve never felt rushed. Wait time has never been long. She has advocated for me on multiple occasions where I couldn’t speak for myself. If I ever call to speak with someone they always display concern and sympathy. Truly the best office all around. Dr Reid is incredible, kind, compassion, knowledgeable. Her bedside manner is the best. Her and her office staff went above and beyond for me and I'm beyond grateful. Thank you all
Went for abnormal imaging and multiple other concerns. Although some of those concerns may have not been her specialty she was dismissive in regards to it. She also stated her profession didn’t treat a particular diagnosis when they do, hence why I went to her. She gave a basic reason for my abnormal imaging. When asked why she thought that she couldn’t give me an explanation. Said the radiologist didn’t present it that way. Stated it was not her top concerns.
