I recently decided to use DeRose,so far great experience.
They were very professional, personable and will definitely be using them in the future. Great quality mulch, on time. A pleasure to work without.
Well, to begin with, I was told one price and then was being charged for 25.00 more after the first time she was here. Then, I paid for a cleanup, I didn’t think the price for that was unreasonable and I paid in advance,(I’ll never do that again) and I didn’t even get a text, call, nothing until I called to find out what was going on. I was told that she was sick and I understand but she could have at least sent me a text or something.
