We had a storm drain back-up in our home, causing a lot of damage on our 1st floor. Nick & his crew were out 1st thing on a Sunday morning to get started with clean-up. Jen & Leashia in the office were wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the clean-up & restoration process. I highly recommend DeRose Disaster pro, they were wonderful to work with.
Shoddy work done fast, half of the guys they have hired don't know what they are doing took over 7 months for them to finish the job and even then they did it wrong. Had to have a real contractor come in and do the work all over again Edit--after leaving a review I am now being harassed by the owners. ADVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
We had sewer water back up into our basement. Needless to say, we needed it cleaned up right away! They did an excellent job and my basement is cleaner than it ever was. Great people and a great business!
Such a great company and great people! Would recommend them for any job big or small needing done!
