I've been receiving excellent treatment from Lynnette for the past six weeks. I would recommend Lynnette for anyone needing some physical help.
I saw Monika for two months for a hamstring issue. My hamstring didn't get any better, but I acquired a new hip injury while working with her. She had me doing side lying hip abduction exercises where instead of doing them slow and controlled like every other PT would recommend she had me do them as fast and as hard as I could. As a result my hip started popping and it's been hurting ever since then.
