Horrible website and customer service! I have a gift card and I was never given a PIN number, so I can’t redeem the card. I have called “customer service” only to wait on hold for 30 mins and then be directed to leave a voicemail. I left two voicemails last week - no response. I sent two emails through their portal - no response. I tried to retrieve my PIN on their website and I get an error message “try later” or call customer service... really?? (The ones that never return a call)
Somebody needs to tell Dermstore that overnight shipping means OVERNIGHT and not 48 hours. I know words to some people don't matter but really they do.
