Their delay delayed my cancer treatment which probably killed me
This company has massive issues if they can’t answer their phone in the billing department. Waiting on a refund from them for an overpayment on my part. This has been going on since October 2022 and even after speaking with Kenny and Gregory in billing a few times before being totally ghosted I was told my refund would be on the way. 2 months later and no refund has been received and I cannot reach ANYONE in billing after a dozen tries and waiting on hold for 20-30 mins each time.
I never leave a bad review since I never know both sides of every story, however I can say that it took two weeks to get a pathology lab report back and in that time my unidentified rash spread to other places on my body since we did not know how to treat it. I understand things are slower these days, less staff...but I was told by many...it should not take that long. No excuses.
