The website doesn’t acknowledge your billing number and you have to call the one 800 number to pay your bill. Then when you do that you get a confirmation code and your credit card gets charged immediately and a week later you’re getting more bills and they’re saying you still have a balance, even though you paid it in full With A confirmation code. I just received a bill for service over 8 months ago! I called and gave up after being put on hold for quite some time.
The billing department is an absolute mess. Received 1 of supposedly 4 bills sent because the address was incorrect, how the 1 found me I have no idea. In the one notice I got was a threat for collections with ZERO other information. No Explanation of benefits or even an indication for what the service was. I tried to connect with them several times which all went unanswered. Tried to pay the bill as instructed on the notice but was not provided any of the needed information to do so such as a lab code or an invoice number. ... read more
I called 5 times over a 2 day period to try to get through to billing. Once I finally did get through, the person I spoke with was able to answer my question. The company never billed my insurance and it took me calling and wasting a total of 60 minutes on hold waiting for customer service to pick up!
