Very frustrated with the whole contact system. Tried to get on the patient portal, and it wouldn't let me put in my info. Hard to reach by phone also. The patient should be able to contact the individual office directly instead of going through a central clearing system. Absolutely the worst clinic I have ever experienced. From infection to open wound and not being able to see my doctor or even talk to a human. Won't be back there.

Doctor was not covered on my insurance. Instead of getting a $50 copay, I was billed for $440.26. Never will I go back.

No other dermatologist in the area would make an appointment for the day I needed to come in--except this place! With the others it would have been a two-month wait! I was seen by a Physician's Assistant, Rich Brandt within 24 hrs. who told me what I was suffering from (Alopecia Areata). He gave me an injection in my scalp, samples of topical cream and I was on my way within an hour.
