In October 2025 I went for a consultation about Cool Sculpting Elite. I meet with Charlene who is very knowledgeable about the whole process. Charlene went through the process step by step explained everything. I was never pressured into having Cool Sculpting done. I’m very happy I had the process done. Hello, I wanted to wait 6 months to make a Honest review. I had fordcye spots removed on my lips with an Ablative laser procedure. About 50% of my spots returned but are definitely less noticeable. Would I do it again? Absolutely! It should be noted I had serve case of these on my lips. Im planning to do an another treatment as it’s usually recommended with serve cases like mine was. Dermedica Kelowna deserves 10 stars not 5! The clinic is aesthetically beautiful and very calm and inviting. The staff are kind, professional and very knowledgeable! Dr Crippen was so good to deal with and always gave great advice. Special “Thank you” to Hillary! She gave me the best facial I have ever had! I will certainly continue to use their services. I've come to dermmedica for all of my more in-depth skin care including cool sculpting, mole removals, and laser facials. I'm the kind of person who gets seriously anxious when it comes to new procedures and Dr. Crippen and Charlene have been incredible at making sure I'm always well taken care of! I highly reccomend this place for all of your skin needs!
