Worst place i ever been in unprofessional and the place is called nulavi if your going to work there I recommend you dont go there they are a heck no for me

Who ever answer the phone need to learn English or don’t work on phone calls at all lol! I also ask what other language can she speak so we may better understand each other and she hang up on me!

TERRIBLE y poco profesional experiencia. Compre un voucher en Groupon y cuando llegue a la cita que previamente hize y me enviaron un dia antes confirmation, me dijo que no queria atenderme porque con Groupon no gana dinero. Entonces para que se publica ahi? Me hizo perder mi tiempo.

First off I want to say Ms. Rozi is the best. This was a first time experience with her and she did my electrolysis which took one hour. She always was a sweetheart to discount to do it on another area as well. Very clean, sanitized, and she is a nice lady. If you need this procedure done she’s the right one to go with. The money well worth.

Loved how professional she was. Took her time to explain exactly what type of treatment I needed. Everything was very clean and sanitary. Made me feel comfortable and will be going back. I truly have been doing electrolysis for a year and a half and by far Rozi was the best!!!
