I went to Dr. Marvel to have a my breast implants done, and I am amazed at how wonderful they look. I was a 32AA to begin with and just wanted to be a C. Dr. Marvel was great at recommending the right size and explaining everything to me. I told him what I wanted, and he and his staff guided me in the right direction. I am more than pleased with him and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone. He's a fantastic surgeon!
I Have been using Dermess for many years and NEVER have had a bad encounter. Connie the laser nurse, (RN) has been caring for me for at least 10+ yrs. I followed her to Dermess simply for her level of expertise in cosmetic lasers and procedures. shhh, been going for years! – I love Connie, she's the best. She really listens, or at least does a fabulous job pretending to! She is experienced and an artist, does really good work. I've been to her about 6 times over the past few years and I highly recommend her.
Changes for the Better Have Been Made – I have some mixed things to say. I have gone in a total of twice, once for a facial which turned out well, and once for Botox, which turned out not-so-well. I will admit that everyone is very, very nice. You will not be mistreated. THIS is what Dermess did TO me... – I went in for IPL in Sept. 2009. The place I usually go was updating their laser, so I could not go there. I found Dermess online and made an appt. I had some brown spots on my chest from sun damage. I was told IPL could fade the spots. The person operating the laser, Connie, is an RN, not just an aesthetician, a 4 yr degree nurse. Love this Place and all the Employees – I am totally stunned by some of these bad reviews. I have been going here for years. I trust them completely and know they are doing the best for me. They never try to upsell me or do more than I need. They send emails about specials and always try to get the best deal for me. They are professional in every way, but also friendly and treat me like family (even the ones I don't work with). It is a joy to go there. Great Place – There is something to be said for a place that's been in business for 15 + years, when others have come and gone! I guess you can't please every boby, but Dermess sure tries to. Its hard to believe such negative comments, I've been going to Dermess for 10+ years and trust all the staff with every skincare need and concern. I recommend you try Dermess for yourself you won't be sorry.

BEST SKINCARE in Nashville!!! – I have had a series of IPL and Yag laser treatments done within the past several months, and my skin has never looked better! People say that I look 10 years younger & are always asking me "what have you done to make your skin look so great?"
