Great Service! I went to Dermer to fill my mother's prescriptions for her chronic arthritis. Not only did they fill it quickly, but the pharmacist explained in detail about the medication and what may interact with it. They also signed her up to get her medication delivered to her every month without her having to go to the pharmacy to get them.
JOSEPH SAPUTO IS A D... The manager for the pharmacy area Joseph Saputo is very rude, and God forbid if you go to apply for a position, if he doesn't like you that's it, NO JOB FOR YOU. It doesn't matter if you have the qualifications it's all about like. KEEP THE GOOD WORK JOSEPH SAPUTO, remember there's people that really need the job, try to be humble sometimes it won't hurt.
Good surgical supply store This pharmacy is great. They are located in a busy area next to a lot of buses. The staff at the pharmacy seems very friendly. Besides being a regular pharmacy, they carry surgical supplies which is helpful because not a lof of retail pharmacies carry them. One thing that I dont like about the pharmacy is that I have heard some people saying that they received horrible service from the staff. Don't go there for surgical supplies We bought a walker and a diabetes testing kit for my Mom at Dermer about a year ago. They were helpful and had everything we needed. We gave them my Mom's insurance information. They asked us if she met her Medicare co-pay and I told them that she did, because she went to the doctor about a month before that and paid her $100 deductible in cash, for the year. Everything should have been covered after that so we didn't have to pay anything.
