I recently saw Dr Joanna for treatment of my pigmentation on my face and am extremely happy with the results. Time was dedicated to explain every detail of the process thoroughly, which made me feel incredibly comfortable and informed. A clear, personalised treatment schedule was tailored specifically to my skin and my skin loved it. The entire team was wonderful, but a special shout-out to Nurse Jacqui. Her warmth, care, and professionalism stood out during my visits. I highly recommend Dr Joanna and her staff!
Dr Teh is amazing. She talked me through all my worries, gave me the time in the consultation, ran me through the products she uses and gave me the space to go away and decide if I wanted to book the appointment. I came back a week later and the results have been fantastic. Very happy with the service and will be recommending Dermedica to friends.
I have been going to Dermedica for many years and I feel Joanna. Teh ,who is a doctor is very patient takes time and always finds alternative solutions , as I find some treatments im not comfortable with, and I have seen great results as she keeps secure photographic records. I have been with the Dermedica Family for 2 years now and had really dark pigmentation caused by sun exposure. Joanne was very thorough in my treatment plan that has now had drastic results where my skin is back to normal with no pigmentation. Her guidance and advise has paid off. The team go above and beyond to talk with you and find out what you are really wanting to achieve whilst keeping you looking youthful and as natural as possible.
