Extremely disappointed with my experience. After waiting over a year for my dermatology appointment, I received a confirmation call yesterday and confirmed my attendance. Unfortunately, I realized this morning that I had accidentally double-booked myself and called as soon as possible to reschedule. Instead of being met with understanding or any attempt to help find a solution, I was immediately told I would be charged a $45 cancellation fee because it was within 24 hours.
