they don’t pick phone ,may be total money wasted .
Total scam- fake product. I’ve been ordering from this website for over three years. I just received my order for a product that I’ve been using for years. It came in a completely different packaging. I researched to see if Jan Marini had repackaged the specific product and they hadn’t. I did a photo search to see if i could find the product in the new packaging. I couldn’t find anything like it. There’s no way to contact the company (phone number won’t ring through) and you can only get store credit, not a refund.
BUYER BEWARE… I ordered 1 product and ended up with an extra $70.00 of product I didn’t order. I didn’t look at these products, I don’t even use them. Somehow they got added at checkout without my knowledge. Sure I can return them…. If I pay postage and a 20% restocking fee. Be careful… don’t let them get you.
Wow. I was a frequent purchaser of the SkinMedica TNS serum. It is a very expensive product known to have pump issues. I had no problem with my first $500+ purchase, but the pumps would not work on two of the three cartridges of the bundle in the second batch. I contacted this place, and because they had said it had been "so long" since my purchase, they couldn't return my money. RISKY BUSINESS Ordered Skin Medica TNS advanced+ serum, buy 2, get 1 free for $600.00. This stuff isn't cheap so I tested the dispensers upon receipt. 2 of 3 did not dispense anything from the lotion side until 6-8 pumps later. Only the clear serum came out thus wasting 6-8 pumps of the clear serum. The white top does not sit straight on the bottle. You are taking a big risk ordering this expensive stuff !!
