Not worth the hassle. 1.They gamify their rewards program to inspire you to earn points towards purchases, but you can ONLY spend your points on full-price items. That seems unethical to me. If you’re spending dollars to earn dollars toward a future reward, you should be able to spend reward dollars towards any purchase. I placed an order on 11/16 and was charged then. Today is 11/27 and order has not shipped. Was promised order would ship by 11/26 at the latest a few days ago. Too many competitive sellers to mess with this one. Hoping I get my product still. And that it is authentic. Wish I could just get my money back now. Who charges before shipping? DermAvenue.
I would give negative stars if I could. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM DermAvenue. They take you money but don’t even ship your order for over a week. They are horrible and I’m an idiot for continuing to give them chances to do better. They don’t and the customer service is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM DERMAVENUE. You will be sorry you did. Terrible business.

This company is a complete scam!! I mean I have been literally begging them to refund me my money they received their products back but will not refund… it’s only one man you’re able to speak with! I will definitely be contacting my bank due to fraud! Don’t waste your time it’s so many companies that have these same products so disappointing
