This is a small lab that does an excellent job testing and communicating results to my doctor in a timely manner. A live person answers the telephone when you have a question, and if it is an inquiry about billing, another live person is available to assist. I have full confidence in the staff who evaluate when my biopsy is sent over by my dermatologist. It is the only lab my dermatologist trusts.
Bill pay is a joke. It's 2024 and you can only call or send in a check to pay your bill. Figure this out lab of NE.
