Always professional and caring.
I have been seeing Dr. Krathen for my dermatology issues for many years. He and staff also treated my dad, who had Alzheimer's, with great respect . I highly recommend Dr. Krathen for your dermatology needs.. He and staff are the best.
The reception area was clean bright cheerful. The ladies were friendly, fun experienced and enjoyable. The office staff was pleasant efficient and friendly. The nurse practitioner Olivia was friendly, understanding compassionate and thorough. Very knowledgeable and explained and gave you options. The office was clean and very nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will.
I love how the office never makes me feel like I am a burden, which I try not to be but when you’re a difficult medical case you have to feel like a burden at some point. The front office staff is always welcoming. I love Olivia she always makes me feel like I can ask her something or run something by her.
Excellent care and warm/friendly staff. Great place.
