Good luck scheduling an appointment. I've been trying for 20 minutes. When I was finally able to speak to a live person ....I tried to explain I needed to be seen in the next couple of weeks due to a spot on my back that was round and dark. I was told in order to schedule an appointment I first needed to pay a "no show fee" for an appt I had in May of last year. I canceled that appointment in April of last year. Dr Gould is amazing!!!! She is very thorough when examining me for mold checks, great bed side manners! Also my husband had psoriasis and went to several Drs. Before we thought it was untreatable. She is the only one that recommended a medicine and it is in remission! Thank you Dr Gould for taking the time and Caring enough for your patients as you would for your family ❤️
