She's nice, attractive, smart, and a good dermatologist. She does have a very complex personality, but I understand her now. She turned her back on me several times during the exam room. A doctor should never turn his or her back on a patient. Chin up, eyes forward and give the patient your undivided attention for the 3 minutes they are paying for. I have been a patient of Dr Aponte fro many years. Things run on time in her office and she is very competent. Would recommend her.
Dr. Carole Catherine Aponte is an excellent dermatologist. I would not have a problem recommending her. She is very quite but likeable. She will do a thorough and effective job.
Very cold! Blah! No personality. She may be suffering from clinical depression. Not my call. She seemed very sad and unable to relate to my problem.

Dr. Aponte did not listen to my daughter's request for aggressive treatment of her acne. She had failed numerous topical and oral antibiotic therapy and Dr Aponte still wrote her prescriptions for topical and oral antibiotics. Dr Aponte will not call in prescriptions without an office visit even though lab work is completed and an office visit was just made 25 days previous. Dr. Aponte loves for patients to come in so she can collect the copays. Try another dermatologist.
Dr Aponte seems knowledgeable and is professional. The office staff is disorganized and lacks severely in effective communication. An office visit had to be rescheduled several times because office staff failed to communicate important info to the Dr. An upset patient in the office was told her issue would be resolved. When she left the office staff was telling her coworker the patient would have to deal with the problem because it wasn't their problem. will not return to Dr d/t office staff.
