Highly commend Dr Kim for her above and beyond professionalism and service, who diagnosed my skin condition, spoke to my GP, coordinated a plastic surgeon and called me during and (as requested) after hours to explain everything. Absolutely the finest doctor and exemplary duty of care.
I called the clinic today 13dec24, one of the receptionist was abrupt and rude from the start.she didnt listen of what i was asking. When i mentioned again that i called the day before there was doctor's note - i wanted to know the dr's note. She then replied "EXCUSE ME! PLEASE DONT TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB!" A little phone mannerism doesnt hurt. HORRIBLE experience! If u can go elsewhere better find another clinic. I just checked the review of this clinic and i am not surprised... Shame! Absolutely awful place, Receptionists ignored me at the start, then when served were rude and whispering about me and or the appointment, very uncomfortable!! Went into my appointment, nurse told me what to do then Doctor arrived, sped through my consult, then left with no instructions as what to do next, I went and took myself back to Reception and had to ask them for after-care advice!!!.. Was in and out in 15 mins... Absolutely dreadful patient care. If I could give no stars I would..
Super efficient, Chris is so easy to talk to. Treatment plan is working great.
I found this dermatologist extremely expensive for how long I was seen, I also don’t feel cared. This was especially the case when I was told to come in and I see a DR in between his patients for a free follow up for light treatment. On the way out I was then told there would be an account setup which I was then charge $180.00 for legitimately a 2-3 min assessment. He asked me one question and did not leave me any time to answer any of mine or make me feel like I was heard or cared for. I would advise people to go else where... read more
