Receptionist (Summer) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tech (Leigh) was extremely thorough and professional. The report arrived much quicker than expected and I have lesion requiring attention. The next client for her appointment was complaining because she was late going in HOWEVER I took longer as I had more moles than I thought. Rather than rush clients to keep on times they do an extensive study. I appreciate that immensely. Keep up the good work and thank you all.
I can’t fault the service I have received at Dermatology Solutions. From the moment I rang up, Summer was extremely empathetic and understanding of my skin concerns and the effect it was having on my mental health. She got me in with Dr Leith the following week and she has been exceptional. Dr Leith makes me feel comfortable and is always quick to respond to my concerns through calls/emails/messages.
