I saw Dr. Sallee for worsening redness on my face. After the first appointment, I felt embarrassed and belittled. The first thing she said to me was “wow girl, you ARE red” and also called me “scaly”. I tried her topical creams she prescribed and they did nothing. At the follow up appointment, she wanted to prescribe something stronger but forgot I was pregnant and actually asked me if I wanted to “be super safe” or “risk it” with the new compound cream since it had unknown risks for pregnancy. I had a deeply disappointing experience at Dermatology Solutions and would not recommend this office to anyone. I came in to see Dr. Brigitte N. Sallee for a specialist consultation regarding a couple of cysts. My interaction with Dr. Sallee was underwhelming—she was neither particularly helpful nor personable, and the overall visit lacked the attentiveness I would expect from a specialist. I’ve been here multiple times and always leave feeling great about the appointment. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to help where needed!
Didn't schedule right for the first try, scheduled something on a day I didn't agree. Thought oops well folks make mistakes. Decide a third time to set an appointment, and they didn't bother to tell me my insurance was outdated prior to the visit. So I drive all the way here to sit on hold with the insurance for 20 mins and finally give them the updated number. To which these folks say it doesn't work.
