I’ve been here multiple times and always leave feeling great about the appointment. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to help where needed!
Didn't schedule right for the first try, scheduled something on a day I didn't agree. Thought oops well folks make mistakes. Decide a third time to set an appointment, and they didn't bother to tell me my insurance was outdated prior to the visit. So I drive all the way here to sit on hold with the insurance for 20 mins and finally give them the updated number. To which these folks say it doesn't work. The staff was great, but the doctor was not ready for the appointment, I was there 15minutes before the appointment, but I was recommended that there will a different doctor who is free and will be seeing, not what’s expected. I was told the wait time is an hour to see her, I went ahead with a different doctor, he was in and out in 2minutes told it’s a normal thing and prescribed otc moisturizer. I had something pop up on my face and my usual dermatology office was not available. Dr. Asad was so genuinely kind and helpful-- I would return to him without hesitation.
