Gave only one star because the owner was kind enough to offer me a full refund about 2 and a half months ago but I don’t recommend this place due to the gross disrespect by the front desk employee who treated a client horribly 2 years ago (you can scroll down their review page to read it) and the utter lack of professionalism on her end. This is by far the worst dermatology clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff is shockingly unprofessional—especially the front desk woman who was rude, dismissive, and clearly overwhelmed by even the simplest tasks. She acted like patients were an inconvenience and had a terrible attitude throughout my visit. The clinic itself is disorganized and clearly not run by competent professionals.
