I saw Heather Bigos for my routine skin check, she did a biopsy on a small area on my shoulder for which I had to schedule another follow up. I had questions regarding the pathologist she send the biopsy to as I was billed for 'out of network'. Well apparently I'm not allowed to ask questions to manage my health and bills. She got extremely aggressive and was not happy that I was asking too many questions... her response to me was: are we doing this surgery or not?!!!
