First time visiting here for my eczema,I was happy that I did not have to wait that long for me to get called in. Receptionist were friendly checking in and out and the nurse in beginning were all very nice the only negative thing was when Monica came in, although she was nice . Hung up on twice by the scheduling team, my appointment was not scheduled multiple times after scheduling said it was. Won’t be continuing care here for the shear fact that scheduling is so disorganized, and I have taken multiple days off work for my appointments only to be told I don’t have one. If I could give zero stars I would. Dr Prindaville is an amazing provider and all clinical team members are excellent. Not sure who was working g with Monica when I visited for a follow up appt but she was rude, mean and wasn’t professional at all despite the name of the business. I am appalled as to how I was treated and how this woman can treat patients. Seemed like she was having a bad day or maybe her shift ended at four and she was upset she had to stay who knows but best time maybe she’ll show some courtesy sympathy and understanding and be a better listener instead of jumping down my throat and making me feel like I’m stupid for comin... read more
