Hung up on twice by the scheduling team, my appointment was not scheduled multiple times after scheduling said it was. Won’t be continuing care here for the shear fact that scheduling is so disorganized, and I have taken multiple days off work for my appointments only to be told I don’t have one. If I could give zero stars I would. Dr Prindaville is an amazing provider and all clinical team members are excellent. Not sure who was working g with Monica when I visited for a follow up appt but she was rude, mean and wasn’t professional at all despite the name of the business. I am appalled as to how I was treated and how this woman can treat patients. Seemed like she was having a bad day or maybe her shift ended at four and she was upset she had to stay who knows but best time maybe she’ll show some courtesy sympathy and understanding and be a better listener instead of jumping down my throat and making me feel like I’m stupid for comin... read more

My name is Heather I went to the dermatologist and saw Jody dube. I was very nervous when I went in everybody there was so nice and Jody was absolutely amazing. The whole staff was very professional. I was made to feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dermatologist to anyone that needed to be seen.
