Yesterday I went to this office and saw dr Robert Kelly . The staff was wonderland helpful . The dr was Very respectful . Explained what he was going to do . I was in and out of the of the office in less then an hr . They are wonderful and I don’t understand how anyone could give them a bad review . I would recommend this office to my friends and family . 100% Sue Johnson
I saw Dr. Alan at this location and he was one of the most ignorant physicians I've had the displeasure of meeting with. I've been dealing with hair loss and a butterfly rash that has been stubborn, so my rheumatologist recommended I see a dermatologist to see what else could be done/get a biopsy. Dr. Alan told me that I have acne (but I don't have any pimples!!) and that I had oral dermatitis even though the rash was nowhere near my mouth. This was the worst doctors visits I've ever had!!! First of all I was having a serious problem with the skin around my eye. Because I was a new patient I had to wait over a month to get in. When I got the office I had to wait a half hour to be called back to see the doctor. When I finally was and I explained to the technician that there were several reasons I had come in to see the doctor and the worst of them was my eye. This place is awesome!!! I got two large moles removed and I didn't feel a thing.
I have seen Dr. Lopresti, who is great, and my favorite nurse is Patty - she's funny, caring, and is great at answering questions and concerns. I used to love this practice, but when Lopresti was unavailable, I was recommended to Mastromonaco at the same practice. I was so disappointed with her, and I recommend any other doctor at this practice except her. I went to have something removed and during the first appointment, she treated it, told me it will require multiple treatments, and to reschedule in 6 weeks. 6 weeks later... read more
