I was at the Oregon Pike location for my yearly skin cancer visit and I just love it at that location. Susan Sublia is simply wonderful, she explains everything to you as she goes along. She is so caring and makes you feel at ease the whole time. She is truly a gem, and the office girls i had were just as polite and courteous as could be. I agree with the person who wrote a review 4 1/2 years ago. Dr. Groleau is really brilliant, interesting, and concerned about his patients. I could have talked to him for hours! If you enjoy fascinating people you will love him. If you just want the basics--he will give you that, with a great "bed-side manner."
This guy is a walking encyclopedia, the most intelligent, personable, professional and efficient dermatologist I have ever met. I now live 1800 miles away and I still go to him when I have an issue in his specialty.
i found dr. groleau and his staff to be very professional, considerate, and caring. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. dr. groleau, himself is a very kind person, extremely knowledgeable man with a great sense of humor. considering the medical reason for my visits, he patiently answered all my questions, put me at ease and took the time to administer the care required. he is a very special person.
