Came here to have a spot on my head examined for potential skin cancer. I’m from out of state, so I said I’d pay cash. I was asked if I have any insurance and I said I did, and because my insurance doesn’t cover this procedure, they wouldn’t let me pay cash and be seen by the doctor. Today was my 2nd visit in 3 years for skin cancer screening. Had biopsy and received excellent care. I will make sure that my next yearly screening will be a bit more timely.
Worst experience ever! Took my son for acne concerns. We saw a nurse practitioner who appeared to be afraid to get close. Was rude and did not want to listen to my son’s concerns. Didn’t even ask my son to take down his mask. Then gave a prescription but have to use “their” pharmacy in another state. Avoid this clinic. Terrible! If I could give no stars I would!
I called and was able to get in for an appointment within 2 weeks. The receptionist gave me directions and let me know what I needed to bring prior to the appointment. Every person I came into contact with was kind and helpful, the receptionist, nurse Brittany, and Tanya.
