Love my PA (5 stars!) but the front desk staff are AWFUL. Showed up for a July 8, 12:45 PM appt. but no one was at the front desk. Waited and waited until someone finally came out from the backroom. I was basically accused of making up the appt. GOOD THING I had the appt card with me! From there it was 5 minutes of scrolling through the computer trying to find another opening - which isn't until Sept 22. I have always had a good experience here. Staff is helpful and efficient.
I have always received excellent care from Dr. Bowden and others there.
Paid high deductible for in-network PA - that seemed odd - and now they are trying to collect even more for a 10 minute treatment. I don't think they filed insurance properly (missing correct patient ID) or they didn't code the visit properly. Won't return. Will find better derm practice.
Everything from front desk, to the exam, to the final check-out was professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. The feedback and instruction I received for treating my condition was excellent.
