From the time I met the prover until I was back in the parking lot was 12 minutes. Great if it is an oil change; horrible if it is your (first) yearly, full body cancer screening. Worse if your sister died of Melanoma and the provider does not look between your toes, at the bottom of your feet, or other cracks and crevasses. Sad that is one of the poorest states of New Mexico, they do not want poor or under privileged patients. Note on their website, "NO MEDICAID". How sad. It should be a requirement that in NM if you take Medicare, you must also take Medicaid. It shows you how pathetic this government is allowing this type of discrimination!
Love my PA (5 stars!) but the front desk staff are AWFUL. Showed up for a July 8, 12:45 PM appt. but no one was at the front desk. Waited and waited until someone finally came out from the backroom. I was basically accused of making up the appt. GOOD THING I had the appt card with me! From there it was 5 minutes of scrolling through the computer trying to find another opening - which isn't until Sept 22. Ladies, I'm SORRY I interrupted your lunch break - but I was only there because YOU scheduled the appointment!! And if you... read more
Dr. Bowden was great that's why two stars instead of one, but follow up appointment we were 10 minutes late because of traffic and the PA refused to see us when all she had to do was fill a prescription. Very disappointing being my son missed school and I missed work and drove 45 minutes. If your on the fence about this office go somewhere else, or wait for Dr. Bowden.
