I arrived there and had to pay $150 refundable deposit because I declined to have my credit card on file for them to auto bill it. No way am I going to leave my credit card on file. What happens when there is an insurance billing error or they are hacked? I understand a lot of people don't pay on time but I always pay my bills on time and don't think this policy is fair. I am truly surprised by the good ratings at this place. I just don’t think older people normally post their ratings. I, on the other hand as an older person, will post a rating. This place dismisses the older generation. For one thing, they want to wait on you and get you out of the room as soon as they can so that they are able to process another patient. They act as though it’s a bother if you ask a question and that it possibly might be cutting in to the next patient’s time. I don’t know what it is that they have to treat... read more
