As a new patient I felt the office staff was welcoming, warm and professional. For me this is very important in the medical field. The doctor/ provider can be amazing themselves, but the energy from front office and other staff speaks out to the patient as well. They are the first line of contact and can set the mood of the patients visit. I visited with Dr. Bedocs and absolutely appreciated his professionalism and courtesy.
