This derm place is a circus. Every time we visited, the staff is all on their phones. We stood in front of the receptionist/check-In lady for mins before she looked up and realized there were people in front of her (this happened on 2 visits), very unprofessional. A family member suffered bad side effects due to the nurse’s improper technique.
