My first appointment with Dr. Ide was fine. But a year or two later when I tried to schedule another check-up it was impossible. His office had changed location and maybe merged with another practice. Anyway I emailed his office and called, leaving voicemail messages, several times and received NO response. So I gave up and went elsewhere. Worst service at an MD's office I've ever seen.
Dr. Ide has been my dermatologist of choice for many years. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. Because his office is rather distant from my home, I've tried others who are closer, but have never found one whom I trust as I do Dr. Ide. His staff is also excellent, thorough, and professional, yet friendly.
Dr. Ide is an excellent doctor, who I have entrusted with my skin care needs for approximately 20 years. He is incredibly thorough, competent, and professional. In addition, he really cares about his patients. You never feel rushed in his office, as he always takes as much time as needed to answer your questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Ide.
Dr. Ide is an excellent doctor. He considers your dermatological symptoms in the context of your medical issues and history. He is thorough, compassionate, thoughtful and very skilled . I feel confident with his diagnoses, and his treatments have worked. His Nurse Practitioner and staff are all excellent as well. The office is friendly, helpful and runs smoothly. I wish that all of my other medical encounters could be this professional, positive and healing. Very highly recommended!
I would recommend Dr. Ide to anyone who wants a great doctor who is really great to work with and cares about his patients.
No waiting for an appointment, office phone is answered promptly, very short waiting room time, bright examining room. Dr. Ide is personable, takes his time with you, answers all concerns. I would recommend him highly!!
Dr. Ide is very professional and very informative with what he can (and can't do). I appreciated his honest feedback and candor during my visits. He has great rapport and is always expressing concern for his patients well being. I would highly recommend Dr. Ide and his office team at Dermatology, PA.
