This is a wonderful practice! Short waitlists and knowledgeable staff, in particular Dr Lyons was amazing in identifying rashes and nail bed concerns with a clear plan for follow up and what to look out for.
Had my first ever skin check and a punch biopsy of a mole on my cheek here. Dr Lyons was incredibly gentle, reassuring and explained everything clearly which really put me at ease. Shoutout to Zoe who was really pleasant too! The whole team made it such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
Receptionist 1 was very unsure and recommended I send info via email on Tuesday, but my enquiry was not attended to till the very last minute on Friday afternoon by Receptionist 2, who turned me away. Far too slow to get back to a potential client. Now I have to wait the entire weekend to ring around when this should of been handled on day 1 by Receptionist 1.
I needed help identifying a rash! Dr Georgina Lyons from Dermatology One was readily accessible, knowledgeable and reassuring. I’m so glad we had the chance to consult. Highly recommend Dr Lyons and the wider Dermatology One practice.
