I’ve been a customer for over 6 months now. Most lovely doctor, however receptions’ customer service is disappointing. My house recently got broken into and my car got stolen with the prescription in it, among other important items. It has been an emotionally distressing experience trying to sort things out, including getting a new prescription and the customer service I received from reception was so dismissing and unempathetic. I have found that all the staff at Dermatology One are kind, knowledgeable and so welcoming. Dr Lyons is wonderful. She kept me informed of all costs and rebates, explained everything i needed to know about my treatment, it showed that she truly cares about her patients. I have visited the clinic 3 times a week for the past couple of months and have been treated so kindly at every visit. 100% would recommend Dermatology One.
On the initial consult they advised my wife it would be $440 x 4 for laser treatment for rosacea. She asked about the rebate they couldn't confirm a dollar amount but advised it would come off the $440. My wife agreed to proceed. It was after the first session was completed that they demanded she pay over $600 upfront and that the $440 was after rebate. I have been a patient for over three years Have seen many dermatologists for over 50 years. Dr Lyon’s is by far one of the best I’ve ever dealt with, helpful informative & kind, she take's the time to talk and review the condition and treatment options available. The whole team is pleasant and I highly recommended them.
After visiting 3 seperate Dermatologists and 2 allergy specialists for my itching [which I had for at least 10 years] I visited Dermatology 1 and Dr Lyons who took a skin biopsy and diagnosed my condition and following light therapy treatment I have been itch free for 6 month so far. I totally recommend Dr Lyons and her lovely staff Sandy and Erin. GREAT RESULT!
