Get a new receptionist. Horrible at scheduling, doesn’t speak clearly or help find a time that works.
I was going here for decades then moved to Long Island and could not find a dermatologist as great as Dr. Greenspan so I make the commute and am happy again with his great care.
They booked the wrong appointment date and then accused me of making the error. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Get better employees please
