While parking in the area of this facility is not the best, the center, staff & doctor make up for it. The center itself was very clean & organized to accommodate several patients. The intake staff were professional & helpful. Dr Willoughby was very informative & thorough in his explanation of what I needed to know. Thank you.
Showed up on time, front desk wasn’t welcoming. Wasn’t seen until 30 min later. My appt was less than 15 min and felt so rushed. No care at all. I went in with concerns but immediately dismissed. I just wanted to have some type of solution but given the bare minimum effort will not be returning.
