Showed up on time, front desk wasn’t welcoming. Wasn’t seen until 30 min later. My appt was less than 15 min and felt so rushed. No care at all. I went in with concerns but immediately dismissed. I just wanted to have some type of solution but given the bare minimum effort will not be returning.
The doctor laid out all my options, then let ME decide how we were going to proceed. He listened when I spoke, answered all my questions, and took great care of me. Can’t beat that!
I love going to se my Dr Emmy Effort she’s very kind and professional and amazing staff love it Highly recommended !!
Nonexistent customer service. When I arrived, they weren’t accepting cards and told me to get cash. Issues happen, but no one called to notify patients. Meanwhile, three front desk staff members were on their phones and didn’t seem busy. They also couldn’t give even a rough estimate of how much cash to bring. The lack of communication was frustrating. Dealbreaker for me.
