The office and staff are pleasant and adequate parking is avai.lable. The physician I usually see is outstanding. I have seen two of the dermatologists here and I recommend this office.
Try to schedule an appt and you'll see why I rated it 1 star. You will wait on hold forever. Person that answers the phone could not care any less about your issue or concern. No emergency appts available. I was told - "go to an urgent care." Gee, thanks. Sorry to bother you. I've been a patient here for almost a year. Everything about this place is unprofessional. Gladly take my business elsewhere.

My visit was rushed, I was not listened to and dismissed when I was explaining symptoms that bothered me. As a result I was prescribed something that actually made my condition worse. Under no circumstances I will return to this clinic.
