The staff and doctor were incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to truly listen to my concerns and addressed them thoughtfully. I felt supported, respected, and in control of my treatment with the right amount of guidance throughout the process.
This was my first time visiting dermatology Inc. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Xiao! OMG…. He was phenomenal. I was so impressed with him! Once I found out I had to have a biopsy, he really calmed my nerves and explained in detail what was gonna happen. I appreciated that ! He talked me through the experience in such a positive way.
