I really wished I checked Google reviews before coming here. The checkin was slow, the person checking me in had zero personality and unwelcoming. I was seen promptly but that was the only positive experience. The PA, Andrew Burns looked at my leg sore for 3 seconds and casually says, “oh yeah, squamous cell carcinoma”. Went in for a skin cancer screening as preventative care under my insurance but because the doctor "made a diagnosis" they cannot bill it as preventative care. Tried working with the billing office and they were not helpful at all.

If I could give this medical practice Dermatology Inc zero (0) stars I would. I was a patient there for over 15 years being treated for mostly non-melanoma skin cancer by 3 competent, compassionate, professional physicians and a nurse practitioner with the practice who have since retired and 1 physician assistant who changed her career path a few years ago. If you care about understanding your post-operative outcome, look elsewhere. I asked a simple, reasonable question about facial reconstruction after a procedure, and the response was shockingly unprofessional.
