I drove 60 miles to see Dr Gallardo, he's the best dermatologist a patient can hope for. He took his time and is always personal and cares for his patients! I'd recommend him to anyone. The staff was very nice and friendly too.
Front staff were polite and respectful. Back staff including the intake nurse and the provider were condescending and rude. I saw Lavinia Drambarean and would pick a different provider if I had to go back. She didn’t listen, lacked humility and was in a hurry. Refused to take a second look at my problem area after I told her she was not looking in the right place - instead, blamed me for pointing in the wrong place.
