Came 15min early to the appointment yet had to wait 45 min more. Very slow service
Dr. Chantelle Ung, gotta be the worst dr I’ve ever seen, takes one look and instead of doing a proper check up just gives you a list of products you can use and can find online anyways, and prescribes you an insanely expensive cream. Told me I have eczema but ended up being dermatomyositis. Do yourselves a favour and either go to the ER or ask for another dermatologist.
Dr. Ung was super informative and thorough! The office and receptionist are super pleasant!
Chatelle ung!! You She is the worst dermatologist ever. She didn’t even bother to look into my problem, gave me a stupid prescription that did nothing. When I asked her to look closely she said no, take this ointment for now and book another freaking appointment. She is just there to make money, no real treatment. Avoid her at all costs
I waited so long for this appointment because I had concerns about a neck scar, some spots on my face, and hair loss. When I got there, I was told by the dermatologist Dr. Ung doesn’t treat hair loss and that my family doctor had been informed but no one ever told me. That was really frustrating because it was one of the main reasons I booked the appointment. The visit itself also felt very rushed.
