This was the worst experience I have had with a doctors office. I was scheduled with Dr. Karlene, I had to leave work early so I could go on a day that he was there. I showed up on time, to be taken back 55 minutes late for my appointment and had been rescheduled with a different provide. Top it off, the provider didn't wear gloves while he was preforming his exam. Will never go back.
I should've never gave them the benefit of the doubt when years ago at my first appointment, a woman left after they were running so behind, and one of the office staff ran after her in the parking lot. I scheduled an appointment for my husband asking specifically for Dr. Karlene. He waited until the Doctors next available to be seen and was scheduled for a Tuesday (today), when Karlene is there. Completely ignored and abandoned me once insurance denied my prescription. I know it’s not their fault, but it took them nearly a month to let me know this. I only found out because I called very frustrated with the lack of communication, and I then I finally get a call back from the receptionist, not my doctor, or person caring for my issue, telling me my claim is denied. Not a good dermatology office at all. My mom had an appointment in early August, and they said they sent her prescription to the pharmacy. However, the pharmacy never received it. When I called Karlene Dermatology to follow up, they claimed they didn’t know anything and had an attitude on the phone. The problem is we can’t get the medicine without their help since it’s a prescription, and they are refusing to assist. Very unprofessional—I would not recommend this place at all.
Brought my friend here for an appointment, staff and nurses were extremely rude and cocky to her.
