Dr. Hess and veterinary technician Kyle were incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive while caring for my cat, who has been experiencing skin issues. They performed a thorough examination and provided a detailed assessment of the condition. Throughout the visit, they were caring, encouraging, and highly professional, taking the time to answer our questions and ensure weunderstood the treatment plan. I truly appreciated the excellent care they provided and would highly recommend them.
Dr. Hess, Kyle, Joanna, and Joey are all amazing! My dog has been having issues with allergies, recurring ear infections, and rashes that have gotten worse recently. Making an appointment via phone call was so easy and Joanna helped get us in a full week earlier than anticipated. This place is wonderful. Dr. Hess, Joey and Kyle are very professional and caring. My dog/child was lovingly examined and very comfortable throughout the exam. I felt very confident in the care she was receiving and assured that her skin issues would be diagnosed and treated correctly. I highly recommend this office. 👍
Dr. Hess is absolutely incredible. My husband brought our cat to see her, and from the very beginning she was kind, attentive, and extremely thorough.
