Editing my review to one star. I would definitely not recommend taking my pet here, unless you want the staff to talk about you behind your back (including the doctor who you originally thought was so nice). It is extremely unprofessional and all trust has been lost. Midwest Veterinary Dermatology at Veterinary Specialty Center is a much better option.

It was quite clear that Jax’s extensive history was thoroughly reviewed prior to our visit. Left with hope for improvement.
Dr. Schwartz and her team are hands down the best! I have used her for 3 different Shar Pei for 10 years. I followed her from MedVet in Chicago to Hoffman estates and it is totally worth the drive. She collaborates with my primary vet at Blum who sings her praises as a diagnostician and her treatment plans. She and her team are empathic and explain everything clearly.
Dr. Schwartz and all the staff from Lexi at the front desk to the techs have been wonderful. My dogs love having to come, they clearly are very comfortable haha. Everyone has been great & responsive in a timely manner when my boys are having flare ups of their allergies. Best dermatologist in the area!
